Enwoven Mobile Threads
Gather important data in a simple, human way
After the pivot from The History Project (B2C) to Enwoven (B2B), we learned that many organizations still needed Enwoven to better integrate into their everyday workflows. Given that most people are not interested in adopting new tools, how might we engage users who wouldn't necessarily need to use it regularly, but who could offer value contributions on occasion?

Design
Understand high-level context:
From C-level down there was continual validation that “institutional knowledge” was broken in three major areas:
- Collection of knowledge, specifically “tacit knowledge”, which is often the most critical
- Organization of knowledge – contextualizing knowledge, so it can be digested or understood
- Distribution of knowledge – ensuring that knowledge is found and delivered at the point of highest need
